Founded in 2026 by Managing Partner, Paul Marfione, Contrast Housing Development (“Contrast Housing”) serves families and seniors in New York State who live on moderate or fixed incomes. The Contrast Housing partners leverage their vast knowledge of Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) as well as grants and subsidies from federal, state, and local municipalities to secure financing for developments and to provide safe, secure, and affordable housing of the highest quality.
