Contrast Housing Development - Managing Partner

Paul Marfione is a Managing Partner with over 15 years of experience in affordable housing development, finance, and asset management. Paul has extensive experience with the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program, having overseen more than $298 million in development costs representing over 1,000 affordable housing units. Prior to forming Contrast Housing Development, Paul spent more than a decade with Conifer Realty, where he progressed through multiple development leadership roles and most recently served as Vice President of Real Estate Development. In that role, he led the company’s strategic expansion throughout the Southeast, including North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, and Virginia. Paul received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting with a concentration in Finance from St. John Fisher College.
